  2. Select the date range

  4. The CSV includes vendor, category, amount, date, and notes

What Your CPA Needs

For most contractors, your CPA will want:

  1. Total revenue — sum of all paid invoices for the year
  2. Sales tax collected — total tax collected and owed to the state
  3. Total expenses — categorized business expenses
  4. Outstanding invoices — money owed at year-end (for accrual accounting)

JobsPaid's export covers all of these.

Connecting to QuickBooks

JobsPaid QuickBooks integration is on the product roadmap. Until then, the CSV export can be imported into QuickBooks, FreshBooks, or Wave Accounting manually.

Tip: Export Quarterly

Export your data at the end of each quarter so you have a running record and can make estimated tax payments accurately.
