Understanding Your Report
Your Monthly Revenue Report shows two main numbers:
- This Month's Revenue - All the money you've earned from completed jobs this month
- Last Month's Revenue - Your earnings from the previous month for comparison
- Percentage Change - Whether you're up or down compared to last month (shown in green for increases, red for decreases)
The report includes money from:
- Completed invoices that have been paid
- Cash payments you've recorded
- Any other income you've tracked in the app

Common Mistakes
Don't forget to mark invoices as "paid" when you receive payment - unpaid invoices won't show up in your revenue totals
Remember that this shows actual revenue received, not just invoices sent out
The report only includes income you've recorded in JobsPaid, so make sure you're logging all your jobs and payments
