Why does my old invoice still show my old business details?

JobsPaid freezes the header of every invoice, quote, and receipt at the moment it is created. When you update your business details or Header Customization, only documents created after the change show the new information. Documents you already sent keep the details they were issued with.

This is intentional: an invoice is a record of what you sent your customer, so its header should never silently change after delivery. If you need a document with your updated details, create a new one. Your brand color works the same way for the logo and accents on each new document.
