Can I quote prices with tax included on my invoice?
Yes. Each line item can be marked Taxable (tax added on top), Tax Inclusive (tax already in price), or Non-Taxable. Tax-inclusive lines show an (inc) marker on the PDF so customers understand. You can mix all three statuses on a single invoice.
More detail
Tax-inclusive pricing is common in Brazil, India, parts of Europe, and any retail or food vending business. When you mark a line as tax-inclusive, the listed price already counts tax, and JobsPaid does the math to break it apart for reporting purposes without adding tax to the customer total. The PDF shows a small (inc) marker after the line total so customers know tax is already counted. Mixing statuses is supported, so a contractor can mark parts as taxable, labor as non-taxable, and a packaged service as tax-inclusive on the same invoice.
