Why can't I send a voice note or photo to create an invoice?

Voice and photo invoicing are Pro features. Text invoicing works on every plan, including Free. Reply UPGRADE on WhatsApp to unlock voice and photo, or upgrade from Dashboard → Settings → Billing.

JobsPaid lets you create invoices three ways on WhatsApp: type it, say it, or photograph it. Typing works on every plan. Voice notes and photos of handwritten estimates use Pro. During your free trial you have full Pro access, so voice and photo both work. After the trial, on the Free plan, they are locked, and JobsPaid replies to let you know while text invoicing keeps working.
