The secondary language feature is built for contractors whose customer base does not match their own first language. A Vietnamese contractor in California can set English as secondary so every invoice they create shows both Vietnamese (which they read fluently) and English (which their American customers read). A Spanish-speaking contractor in Texas can set English secondary the same way. The contractor's WhatsApp conversation stays in their primary language, and the customer's printed document includes their language. This is in addition to the WhatsApp multilingual reply feature, which detects the language of each individual message and replies in it.
