How the Rewards Program Works

JobsPaid Rewards lets you earn recurring monthly commissions by referring other contractors to the platform. Every time a contractor you referred pays their subscription, you earn a percentage — for up to 12 months.

Three Ways to Earn

Crews & Friends (10% per month) Refer contractors you know personally — fellow tradespeople, crew members, or anyone in your network. You earn 10% of their monthly subscription every month for 12 months.

Trade Partners (20% per month) For supply houses, trade associations, or professional organizations who refer contractors in bulk. The highest recurring commission tier.

Creators & Leaders (15% per month) For YouTubers, podcasters, influencers, or community leaders who share JobsPaid with their audience.

How It Works

1. Go to Dashboard → Rewards to get your personal referral link and code
2. Share your link via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or social media
3. When a contractor signs up using your link and becomes a paying customer, you start earning
4. Commissions are tracked in real time in your Rewards dashboard
5. Earnings are paid out monthly

When You Start Earning

You earn your first commission after your referred contractor completes their trial and makes their first subscription payment. There is a 30-day clawback period — if the contractor cancels within 30 days, the commission is reversed.
