Unlimited Invoices and Quotes Create, send, and track as many invoices and quotes as your business needs. No monthly caps.
All Three WhatsApp AI Modes
- Text AI — invoice by text message
- Voice AI — send a voice note, AI converts it to an invoice
- Photo AI — photograph a handwritten estimate or receipt, AI converts it
On the Free plan, Voice AI and Photo AI are disabled. Pro unlocks all three.
Payment Links Accept online card payments via Stripe. Customers pay from the invoice link with any credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Full Reports Revenue, expenses and tax, customer analytics, performance metrics, team analytics, and AI Insights — all available with full date filtering and CSV export.
Team Management (Team plan, $39/mo) Invite crew members, assign jobs, require approvals, and view per-member performance. Upgrade to the Team plan when you hire your first crew member.

How to Upgrade
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Upgrade to Pro, choose monthly or annual, and pay via Stripe. Pro activates immediately.
