Understanding Your Billing Cycle

Your JobsPaid subscription works on a simple monthly cycle that automatically renews on the same day each month. If you signed up on the 15th of January, your subscription will renew on the 15th of every month going forward. This makes it easy to track when your next payment will be processed.

How Your Billing Cycle Works

  1. Check your billing date by going to Settings in the bottom menu, then tapping Account
  2. Look for the "Next Billing Date" section to see exactly when your next payment is due
  3. Your subscription automatically renews 24 hours before this date to ensure uninterrupted service
  4. You'll receive an email confirmation after each successful payment

Managing Your Subscription

  1. Open Settings from the bottom navigation menu
  2. Tap Account to view your current subscription details
  3. Here you can see your plan type, billing amount, and next renewal date
  4. To update your payment method, tap Update Payment Method and follow the prompts through our secure Stripe payment system

What Happens on Your Billing Date

Your credit card or payment method will be automatically charged for the next month of service. You don't need to do anything - JobsPaid handles everything in the background so you can focus on your business. If your payment fails, you'll receive an email notification with steps to update your payment information.

Viewing Your Billing History

  1. Navigate to Settings in the bottom menu
  2. Select Account
  3. Scroll down to find Billing History
  4. Tap to view all your past invoices and payment receipts

Common Mistakes

Don't confuse your billing cycle with your invoice due dates for customers. Your JobsPaid subscription billing is separate from the invoices you send to your clients.

Remember that changing your subscription plan mid-cycle will prorate the charges - you'll only pay for the time remaining in your current billing period.
