How to Upgrade to Pro
Upgrading to JobsPaid Pro takes about 30 seconds. Here is exactly how to do it.
From the Dashboard
- Go to Dashboard → Settings
- Tap the Billing tab (or look for the "⚡ Pro" badge at the top left if you are on trial)
- Tap Upgrade to Pro
- Choose Monthly ($19/mo) or Annual ($15/mo, billed $180/year)
- Enter your payment details via Stripe
- Tap Subscribe — Pro activates immediately
From the Upgrade Wall
If you hit your free tier limit (10 invoices or 10 quotes), an upgrade prompt appears automatically. Tap Upgrade to Pro on that screen — it takes you directly to the billing page.
What Activates Immediately
As soon as your payment is confirmed:
- Unlimited invoices and quotes — no more monthly caps
- Voice AI — create invoices by voice note on WhatsApp
- Photo AI — photograph handwritten estimates via WhatsApp
- Full reports with all tabs and CSV export
- All settings features
Monthly vs Annual
Monthly ($19/mo) — pay month by month, cancel anytime with no penalties.
Annual ($180/yr, ~$15/mo) — pay once per year, save about 21% compared to monthly. No automatic price increases if you stay on annual.
Price Lock
JobsPaid prices may increase over time for new subscribers. When you upgrade, your price is locked in permanently — you will never be charged more than what you pay today, as long as your subscription stays active.
After Upgrading
Your invoice and quote counters reset. All data from your free period carries over. Your plan badge in the top left of the dashboard updates from "Free" to "⚡ Pro" immediately.
