How to Cancel Your Subscription

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel your subscription, and that's perfectly okay! Whether you're taking a break from the business, switching to a different solution, or just need to pause for a while, canceling your JobsPaid subscription is quick and easy. Don't worry – your invoices, customer data, and business information will remain safely stored in your account even after cancellation.

Finding Your Subscription Settings

  1. Open the JobsPaid app and tap the Menu button (three lines) in the top-left corner
  2. Scroll down and tap Settings
  3. Look for Billing & Subscription and tap on it
  4. You'll see your current plan details at the top of the screen

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. On the Billing & Subscription page, scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button (it's usually red or gray)
  2. Tap Cancel Subscription
  3. The app will ask you to confirm – tap Yes, Cancel to proceed
  4. You'll see a confirmation message that your subscription has been canceled
  5. Check your email – you'll receive a cancellation confirmation within a few minutes

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you paid for a monthly plan on the 15th and cancel on the 20th, you'll still have access until the 15th of the next month.

What Happens After Cancellation

Once your subscription expires, you won't be able to create new invoices or access premium features. However, your account stays active with all your data intact. You can still log in to view your past invoices and customer information anytime. If you decide to come back, simply reactivate your subscription and everything will be exactly as you left it.

Common Mistakes

Don't delete the app from your phone thinking it cancels your subscription – you need to cancel through the app settings first.

Remember that canceling doesn't give you a refund for unused time in your current billing period.

If you're having trouble finding the cancel button, make sure you're logged into the account that has the active subscription.
