Getting started with JobsPaid is completely free — no credit card, no time limit.

What You Get for Free

10 Invoices per month Create and send up to 10 professional invoices each calendar month. Full-featured — includes your logo, custom terms, payment links, and automatic tax calculation.

10 Quotes per month Send up to 10 professional estimates each calendar month. Customers can accept or decline online.

Both limits reset on the 1st of every month. Invoice and quote limits are tracked separately — using quotes does not reduce your invoice count.

Everything else is unlimited:

• Customer records
• Expense logging and receipt scanning
• WhatsApp AI (text, voice, and photo invoicing)
• Tax calculations by ZIP code
• Stripe payment link setup
• Reports and CSV exports
• Settings customization

Checking Your Usage

Go to Dashboard → Invoices or Dashboard → Quotes — a usage bar at the top shows how many you have used this month (e.g., "7 of 10 invoices used this month").

When You Need More

Upgrade to Pro ($19/mo) for unlimited invoices, unlimited quotes, Voice AI, and Photo AI. Go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade.
