How to Delete Your Account

If you need to permanently delete your JobsPaid account, this process will remove all your data after a 30-day grace period. Please make sure this is what you want before proceeding.

Before You Delete

Export any important records first:

1. Go to Dashboard → Reports → Export CSV to download invoices
2. Go to Dashboard → Expenses → Export CSV to download expenses

How to Delete Your Account

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
3. Read the warning carefully
4. Tap I Understand, Delete My Account
5. Confirm with the OTP code sent to your phone
6. Tap Confirm Deletion

Your account enters a 30-day grace period immediately.

What Happens During the Grace Period

• Your account is deactivated — you cannot create invoices or access data
• All your data is securely held for 30 days
• After 30 days, everything is permanently and irreversibly deleted

Restoring Your Account Within 30 Days

Changed your mind? Log in to jobspaid.ai within 30 days:

1. Enter your phone number
2. Enter the OTP code sent to your phone
3. You will see a Restore My Account prompt
4. Tap Restore — your account and all data come back immediately

Important Notes

• Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Stripe Connect account. Log in to dashboard.stripe.com separately if needed.
• After 30 days, data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
• If you are having a billing or technical issue, contact support@jobspaid.ai first — most problems can be resolved without deleting your account.
