When you send a text message, voice note, or photo to the JobsPaid WhatsApp number, the AI reads your input and extracts all the key invoice details automatically. You do not need to format anything — just describe the job naturally.

What the AI Looks For

Our AI is trained to spot four main things in your messages:

Customer Information: The AI recognizes names when you mention them. Whether you write "Job for Sarah Johnson" or "Working at the Smith house," it knows these are your customers.

Services: Describe what work you're doing in simple terms. Say things like "installed new outlet," "repaired leaky faucet," "painted living room," or "replaced roof shingles." The AI understands hundreds of common trade services.

Prices: Just mention dollar amounts anywhere in your message. You can write "$150," "150 dollars," or "one hundred fifty bucks" - the AI gets it all.

Materials: List what you used or bought. Write "2 bags cement," "50ft copper pipe," or "3 gallons primer" and the AI will capture these details for your invoice.

How to Send Job Details

Common Mistakes

Don't worry if you forget something in your first message. You can always send another message with additional details, and the AI will add it to the same job.

If the AI misses a detail, it's usually because the information was unclear. Try being more specific: instead of "fixed stuff," write "repaired broken faucet."

The AI works best when you include the customer name in each message. This helps it organize jobs correctly.
