The Three Input Modes

Text message — Type your job details in natural language:

How to Use It

1. Open WhatsApp on your phone

3. Send your job details as text, voice, or photo
4. The AI replies within 30 seconds with a summary of the invoice
5. Confirm or correct any details by replying
6. The invoice is created in your dashboard and a payment link is ready to send

What the AI Extracts

From any input mode, the AI looks for:

• Customer name and address
• Job description and services performed
• Materials and quantities
• Labor hours and rates
• Total amount

You do not need to format any of this — write or speak naturally and the AI figures it out.

Confirming the Invoice

After the AI creates the invoice, it sends you a summary:

"Created invoice for Maria Lopez — Kitchen Tile Work — $1,500. Reply CONFIRM to send, or tell me what to fix."

Reply CONFIRM and the invoice is sent to the customer. Reply with any correction ("change total to $1,600") and the AI updates it before sending.

Supported Languages
