Introducing the Schedule Page

JobsPaid just got a full job scheduling system. Every job you create — from a quick service call to a week-long installation — now lives on a calendar you can see at a glance.

What Is the Schedule Page?

The Schedule page is your job calendar, found at Dashboard → Schedule. It shows all your booked work in two views:

Day view — See everything scheduled for today in time order. Perfect for your morning review before heading out.

Week view — See the full seven-day picture across one screen. Great for planning ahead and spotting open capacity.

At the bottom, a stats bar shows your scheduled jobs, estimated revenue, amount invoiced, and amount collected — so you know exactly where the week stands financially before it starts.

Creating Jobs

Tap + New Job to add work to the calendar. Fill in the customer, date, time, job type, and estimated amount. Or send a WhatsApp text:

"Book a roof inspection for Carlos Mendez Thursday at 10am, 2 hours, $350."

The AI creates the job, confirms it back to you, and texts Carlos an appointment confirmation automatically.

Job Statuses

Jobs move through five stages: Lead → Scheduled → In Progress → Completed → Cancelled. Each status is a tap away — update to "In Progress" when you arrive, "Completed" when you finish.

One-Tap Invoice Creation

When a job is done, open it and tap Create Invoice. The customer, job description, and estimated amount pre-fill automatically. Edit, send, and you are done.

Why This Matters

Before this, you had to keep your job calendar in your head, a whiteboard, or a separate app. Now your jobs, invoices, customers, and payments are all in one place — and one tap separates a scheduled job from a sent invoice.
