Introducing Team Management

JobsPaid now supports full team management. If you are running a crew — even just two people — you can bring everyone into one account, assign them jobs, and see how the whole operation is performing.

What Is the Team Feature?

The Team page at Dashboard → Team lets you:

• Invite crew members by name and email
• Assign roles — Admin (full access) or Member (their own jobs only)
• See availability — green "Available," yellow "Busy" (active job), or "Off"
• Check workload — each member shows today's job count and estimated revenue at a glance

Assigning Jobs

When creating a job on the Schedule, find the Assigned To field and select a team member. The job shows up on their dashboard when they log in. Members only see their own assigned jobs — they cannot see each other's work unless they have Admin access.

Dispatching via WhatsApp

You can assign jobs without opening the dashboard: "Book Marcus for a drain cleaning at 45 Pine Street, Friday at 2pm." If Marcus is in your team, the AI assigns the job to him automatically.

Team Analytics

Go to Dashboard → Reports → Team to see per-member stats: jobs completed, revenue generated, average job value, and how fast each person invoices after completing work. Spot your top performers and see who needs coaching.

Team Plan

Team Management is available on the Team plan ($39/mo). Solo contractors on Pro have full access to all other features — the Team plan is specifically for businesses with more than one person.
