Changing Your Preferred Language

JobsPaid supports 10 languages. Here is how to switch your display language.

Changing Language in Settings

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account
Find the Language section
Select your preferred language from the dropdown
Tap Save
The entire dashboard interface updates immediately

Available Languages

English, Spanish (Español), Portuguese (Português), Chinese (中文), Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt), Korean (한국어), French (Français), Hindi (हिन्दी), Filipino/Tagalog, Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia)

Language Switcher in the Nav Bar

You can also switch languages instantly using the language toggle in the top navigation bar (EN, ES, ZH, etc.) without going into Settings. This is useful for quickly previewing how an invoice will look in a different language.

Invoice Language vs Display Language

Your dashboard display language and the language on your invoices are separate settings.

Dashboard language — What you see in the app interface
Invoice language — What your customer sees on their invoice

To set the invoice language: when creating an invoice, select the customer's language in the Invoice Language dropdown. This determines the language of labels ("Invoice," "Total," "Thank you") on the PDF.

My Language Still Shows in English

If the interface does not switch languages after changing the setting, try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R). Some translations load from a cache that refreshes every 30 minutes.
