Invitation Codes: What They Are and How to Use Them
Invitation Codes: What They Are
An invitation code (also called a referral code or invite link) is a unique link shared by an existing JobsPaid user to refer you to the platform.
How Invite Codes Work
When a contractor refers you to JobsPaid, they share a personal link like: jobspaid.ai/join/CARLOS-REFF
Tapping that link before signing up connects your new account to the person who referred you. Both of you benefit — your trial starts normally, and the referrer earns a commission when you become a paying customer.
Signing Up (No Code Required)
JobsPaid is open to all contractors — no invite code is needed. Go to jobspaid.ai and tap Start Free to sign up with just your phone number. There is no waitlist and no invite gate.
If you have an invite link, tap it first before signing up and the code applies automatically.
Adding a Code After Sign-Up
If you forgot to use an invite link, you can add it after signing up:
- Go to Settings → Account
- Look for the Referral Code field
- Enter the code and save
Contact support at support@jobspaid.ai if you need help applying a code retroactively.
Activation Codes (OTP Login)
Activation codes are different from invite codes. When you log in, JobsPaid sends a 6-digit SMS code to your phone — that is your activation/OTP code. It verifies your identity and expires after 10 minutes.
See "Invite Codes and Activation Codes: What They Are" for a full breakdown of both types.
