How to Sign Up for JobsPaid

Getting started takes less than 2 minutes — no credit card required.

Steps

  1. Go to jobspaid.ai and tap Start Free →
  2. Enter your mobile phone number (the number you will use to receive invoicing texts)
  3. Tap Send Code
  4. Check your phone for a 6-digit SMS code from JobsPaid
  5. Enter the code in the verification field
  6. Your account is created — you are taken directly to your dashboard

Why Phone Number (Not Email)?

JobsPaid uses phone number + SMS code (OTP) to sign in — there is no password to remember or forget. Your phone number is also your WhatsApp AI invoicing number, so everything stays connected.

Setting Up After Sign-Up

Once inside, complete the quick setup:

  1. Business Profile — Enter your business name, trade, and address (Settings → Profile)
  2. Upload Logo — Optional but recommended (Settings → Branding)
  3. Add License — Required in most states (Settings → License & Insurance)
  4. Connect Stripe — To accept online payments (Settings → Payments)
  5. Send First Invoice — Text your job details to +1 (906) 999-7989 on WhatsApp

Invite Codes

If someone shared an invite link with you (e.g., jobspaid.ai/join/CARLOS-REFF), signing up through that link starts your trial and connects you to the referral program automatically.
