How to Navigate the Sidebar Menu

The sidebar is your control center. Here is what each section does.

WORK

Schedule — Your job calendar. See all scheduled jobs in Day or Week view. Create new jobs, check today's workload, and track jobs from scheduled → in progress → completed.

Quotes — Create and manage estimates. Customers receive a link to accept or decline online. Accepted quotes convert to invoices in one tap.

Invoices — Create, view, send, and track all invoices. Filter by status (Draft, Sent, Paid, Overdue). Add payment links for online collection.

Expenses — Log materials, receipts, and business costs. Scan receipts with your camera. Export for your accountant.

PEOPLE

Customers — Your complete customer database. View every customer's invoice history, contact info, and total revenue.

Team (Team plan) — Add and manage crew members. See availability status, assign jobs, and track per-member performance.

BUSINESS

Approvals (Team plan) — Review and approve quotes, invoices, expenses, and schedule changes submitted by team members before they go out.

Reports — Your business dashboard. Overview, Revenue, Expenses & Tax, Customers, Performance, Team, and AI Insights tabs. Filter by This Week / Month / Quarter / Year / All Time / Custom.

Rewards — Your referral program dashboard. Track referrals, earnings, your tier progress, and share your referral link.

Settings — All account configuration: Profile, Branding, License & Insurance, Invoice Defaults, Payments, Booking, Notifications, Integrations, Rewards, Account.

Help Center — Browse help articles, search for answers, or ask the JobsPaid AI assistant a question.

Admin — Internal admin panel (visible to account owners only).

Content Studio — The CMS for managing help content and articles.

Top Bar

⌘K — Command palette. Type any command or page name to jump there instantly without using the sidebar.

Notifications bell — Invoice paid alerts, team activity, and system messages.

Theme toggle — Switch between light and dark mode.

Language switcher — Change your display language instantly (EN, ES, ZH, VI, and more).
