Setting Your Preferred Language

JobsPaid is fully bilingual — switch between English and Spanish with one click.

How to Switch Languages

On any page: Look for the EN | ES toggle in the top-right corner of the navigation bar. Click ES for Spanish, EN for English.

In Settings: Go to Settings → Language & Region → Preferred Language to set your default.

What Changes

All menus, buttons, and labels switch to your chosen language
Invoice PDFs can be generated in English, Spanish, or bilingual (both)
Help content and articles are available in both languages
Email notifications follow your language preference

Bilingual Invoice Mode

The coolest feature: set your Doc Language to Bilingual (EN/ES) in Settings → Invoice Defaults. Your invoices will show BOTH languages — English for your records, Spanish for your customer.

Tip: Even if your app is in English, you can send invoices in Spanish or bilingual mode. The doc language is separate from the app language.
