Your Reward History (Glass Ledger)

The Glass Ledger is your complete reward transaction history — every commission earned, every payout sent, and your current wallet balance, all in one transparent view.

Finding Your Glass Ledger

Go to Dashboard → Rewards → Activity (or the Ledger tab in your Rewards section).

What the Glass Ledger Shows

Commission Events Every time a referred contractor pays their monthly subscription, a commission entry appears with:

• Referral name
• Commission amount
• Date earned
• Status (pending, confirmed, paid)

Payout Records Every payout sent to your bank account, with the date, amount, and payout method.

Clawbacks If a referral cancelled within 30 days, the reversed commission appears as a negative entry so you can see exactly what happened.

Wallet Balance Your current balance of earned but not-yet-paid commissions.

Understanding Commission Status

• Pending — Within the 30-day clawback window
• Confirmed — Clawback period passed, ready for next payout
• Paid — Included in a payout batch and sent to your bank

Downloading Your History

You can export your full ledger as a CSV from the Rewards dashboard for your records or tax preparation.
