When Do I Get My Referral Reward?

Commission Timeline

1. Day 0 — Your referral signs up using your link (no earnings yet)
2. After their trial ends — They make their first subscription payment → your first commission is triggered
3. 30-day clawback window — If they cancel within 30 days, the commission is reversed
4. Monthly recurring — Every month they stay subscribed, you earn another commission for up to 12 months

Payout Schedule

Commissions are batched and paid out monthly. Your earnings accumulate in your Wallet Balance and are paid out on a regular schedule.

Payout Methods

Payouts are sent to the bank account or payment method on file in your Rewards settings. Go to Dashboard → Rewards → Payout Settings to configure your preferred payout method.

Why a 30-Day Clawback?

The 30-day clawback protects the program from fraud and ensures commissions only go to genuine referrals. If your referred contractor cancels within 30 days, the commission is reversed from your wallet.

Maximum Earning Window

Each referral generates commissions for a maximum of 12 months. After 12 months, that referral's commissions end — but they remain connected to your account for tier counting purposes.
