Link Has Expired

Invoice links expire after 90 days. If the invoice is older than 90 days, the link will show an error. To fix:

  1. Open the invoice in your dashboard
  2. Tap Refresh link or Regenerate if available
  3. Resend the invoice to your customer with the new link

Stripe Not Connected or Disconnected

Customer Sees "Payment unavailable"

This message appears when:

Customer in a Different Country

Links work globally, but payment options depend on the customer's location. Customers outside the US may not be able to pay with all card types. For international customers, consider bank transfer as an alternative.
