Changing Your Business Name and Address
When you need to update your business name or address, JobsPaid makes it simple to change this information everywhere at once. These details automatically appear on all your invoices, quotes, and reports, so keeping them current is important for your professional image.
Updating Your Business Information
- Open JobsPaid and tap Dashboard at the bottom of your screen
- Look for the Settings option (usually a gear icon) and tap it
- Select Business from the settings menu
- You'll see fields for your business name and address information
- Tap on any field you want to change and enter your new information
- Make sure to fill in all required fields completely
- Tap Save when you're finished
Your updated business information will now appear on all new invoices, quotes, and documents you create. Don't worry - your existing invoices won't change, which is good for record-keeping purposes.

- City, state, and ZIP code
- Phone number
- Email address
