Exporting Reports as CSV

JobsPaid lets you export all your data as CSV files — compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, and any accounting software.

What You Can Export

Invoices CSV — All invoices with invoice number, date, customer, line items, tax, total, status, and payment date.

Expenses CSV — All expenses with date, vendor, category, amount, notes, and receipt status.

Customers CSV — All customers with name, phone, email, address, and total revenue.

Payments CSV — All payment records with invoice number, payment method, amount, and date.

How to Export

  1. Go to Dashboard → Reports
  2. Select the report type (Invoices, Expenses, Customers, Payments)
  3. Set the date range
  4. Tap Export CSV
  5. The file downloads to your device

Opening the CSV

On desktop: Open with Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers. Double-click the file.

On iPhone: Tap the file to open it in Numbers or tap Share → Google Sheets (if installed).

On Android: Tap the file to open in Google Sheets or any spreadsheet app.

Importing Into QuickBooks

  1. Open QuickBooks
  2. Go to File → Import → CSV
  3. Map the JobsPaid columns to QuickBooks fields
  4. Import

Note: Column mapping may require some configuration the first time. QuickBooks remembers your mapping for future imports.

Scheduled Exports

JobsPaid does not yet support automated scheduled exports, but this is on the product roadmap. For now, export manually at the end of each month or quarter.
