Setting Up Integrations

JobsPaid integrations connect your account to other tools you use to run your business. Here is what is currently available.

Current Integrations

Stripe Connect — Accept online payments from customers. Set up via Settings → Payments → Connect Stripe. This is the primary payment integration and is available for US contractors.

WhatsApp Business — Your invoicing via WhatsApp is managed through the JobsPaid WhatsApp number (+1 906-999-7989). No separate setup needed — just message that number.

Coming Soon

QuickBooks — Direct sync of invoices and expenses to QuickBooks Online. Currently on the product roadmap.

Google Contacts — Import customers directly from your Google Contacts.

Zapier — Connect JobsPaid to thousands of other apps via Zapier webhooks.

Manual CSV Export (Works Now)

While native integrations are limited, you can export your data as CSV and import it into any accounting software:

Dashboard → Reports → Export CSV for invoices
Dashboard → Expenses → Export CSV for expenses

These files are compatible with QuickBooks, Wave, FreshBooks, and most spreadsheet tools.
