Bilingual Invoices: How English/Spanish Mode Works
JobsPaid is one of the only invoicing tools that supports true bilingual invoices. Here's how it works.
Three Language Modes
- English — all labels in English (Date, Invoice #, Total, etc.)
- Spanish — all labels in Spanish (Fecha, Factura #, Total, etc.)
- Bilingual (EN/ES) — both languages side by side on the same invoice
How to Set It
- Go to Settings → Invoice Defaults
- Find Doc Language
- Choose: English, Spanish, or Bilingual
- Click Save Changes
Why Bilingual Is Powerful
- Spanish-speaking customers understand every charge
- English on file for YOUR tax records and accounting
- Professional — shows respect for your customer's language
- Unique — most invoicing apps can't do this
This is the recommended setting for contractors serving Latino communities. It's professional and inclusive.
