Downloading an Invoice as PDF

Every invoice generates a beautiful, professional PDF automatically.

Steps

1. Go to Invoices and click on the invoice you want
2. Click Download PDF button
3. Choose the language: English, Spanish, or Bilingual (EN/ES)
4. The PDF downloads to your device

What's on the PDF

Your PDF includes everything automatically:

• Your business name and logo (from Settings → Branding)
• Your business address
• Your contractor license number (if added)
• Customer name and address
• All line items with descriptions, quantities, rates
• Subtotal, tax, and total
• Due date and payment terms
• Payment link (QR code or URL)

Common Mistakes

PDF looks wrong? Make sure your business info is complete in Settings. Missing info shows as blank spaces.

Logo not showing? Check Settings → Branding — upload a PNG or JPG under 2MB.
