Sending an Invoice via Email
Steps
- Create your invoice and click Save Draft
- Review the preview — make sure everything looks right
- Click Send Invoice
- Choose Email
- The customer receives a professional email with:
- Your invoice summary
- A PDF attachment of the full invoice
- A Pay Now button linking to the payment page
The email comes from your business name, not from "JobsPaid." Your customer sees YOUR brand.
Common Mistakes
Check the customer's email address. A typo means they won't receive it. Go to Customers to verify.
Check spam. Ask your customer to check their spam folder if they say they didn't get it.
