Sending a Quote to Your Customer

Sending a professional quote to your customer is easy with JobsPaid. You can share quotes through email or WhatsApp in just a few clicks, helping you win more jobs and look professional.

Before You Start

Make sure you've already created your quote in the Quotes section. If you haven't done this yet, you'll need to add your customer information, services, and pricing first.

Sending Your Quote via Email

  1. Go to your Dashboard and click on Quotes
  2. Find the quote you want to send and click on it
  3. Look for the Send button (usually at the top or bottom of the quote)
  4. Click Email from the sending options
  5. Type your customer's email address if it's not already filled in
  6. Add a personal message in the text box (optional but recommended)
  7. Click Send Quote

Your customer will receive a professional-looking email with your quote attached as a PDF.

Sending Your Quote via WhatsApp

  1. Open your quote the same way as above
  2. Click the Send button
  3. Choose WhatsApp from the options
  4. Enter your customer's phone number (include country code)
  5. Add a friendly message
  6. Click Send via WhatsApp

WhatsApp will open automatically, and you can send the quote directly through the app.

What Happens Next

Once you send your quote, your customer can:

You'll get notifications when your customer views, accepts, or declines your quote.

Common Mistakes

Don't forget to double-check the customer's contact information before sending. A wrong email or phone number means your quote won't reach them.

Always include a personal message with your quote. Something like "Hi [Name], here's the quote we discussed. Let me know if you have any questions!" goes a long way.

Make sure your quote is complete before sending. You can't easily change it once it's been viewed by the customer.
