I Am Being Logged Out Automatically

If you are frequently being logged out of JobsPaid without doing anything, here are the causes and fixes.

Normal Session Expiry

For security, JobsPaid sessions expire after a period of inactivity. This is normal behavior. Simply log in again — your data is always saved.

Multiple Devices or Tabs

If you are logged in on two devices or two browser tabs at the same time, one session may invalidate the other. Use JobsPaid on one device or tab at a time to avoid this.

Browser Privacy Settings

Some browsers — especially in "Private" or "Incognito" mode — delete session cookies when the tab is closed. This means you will be logged out every time you close the browser.

Fix: Use a regular (non-incognito) browser window. Go to your browser settings and ensure cookies are allowed for jobspaid.ai.

iOS Safari Restrictions

On iPhones with strict privacy settings, Safari may clear session data automatically. To fix:

1. Go to Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data
2. Find jobspaid.ai and ensure it is not being blocked
3. Alternatively, switch to Chrome on iOS for a more stable session

VPN or Security Software

Some VPNs or enterprise security tools aggressively clear cookies. Try disabling your VPN temporarily to see if the issue stops.

If the Problem Persists

If you are being logged out every few minutes even with cookies enabled, contact support at support@jobspaid.ai — this may indicate an account-level issue that the team needs to investigate.
